Taylor’s Graduate Capabilities (TGC) was created to enhance university-level education to meet the ever- changing demands of industry, community, and globalization. TGC outlines the core knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualities that students will develop at Taylor’s University regardless of their program of study.

A Taylor’s graduate who is equipped with TGC is not only readily adaptable to the changing workplace environment, but he/she also has the ability to take on new tasks and jobs successfully.
Taylor's Graduate Capabilities Obtained
TGCs that I've developed are mostly all of them (Knowledge, Intrapersonal Skills, and Communication Skills). Knowledge because I learned a lot from this internship period. started from screening resume, call for an interview and recruiting new interns
Intrapersonal Skills because I force myself to sharpen the knowledge in this field. I was able to do some thinking and problem-solving skills such as take initiative or responsibilities of my task
Lastly, my communication skills were really improved. During my internship period, I've met a lot of people from different backgrounds. As a result, it enhances my communication skills. before this, I was scared to make or receive a call from someone that I don't know. Now, it seems no issue for me.
Other skills, such as Interpersonal (working as a team), Intrapersonal, Citizenship and Global perspective, and Digital Literacy also have been developed.
